Volton Hellenic Energy SA is a Greek company that is dynamically active and is rapidly increasing its capacity in the field of Electricity Supply and Trading, in the Gas Energy Sector and in the field of Telecommunications (through Orizon).

As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks an Account Manager for our Southern Region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Planning, development and management of the retailer network to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Adherence to the respective commercial procurement policy
  • Supervise performance evaluation of each associate
  • Participate in training and development of sales teams to improve productivity
  • Monitor and record competition
  • Formulate and provide reports to management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Retail channels
  • Experience in account management preferred (Energy, Telcos etc.)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written

  • Exceptional analytical skills and numerical understanding
  • Strong commercial acumen and result driven mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, in both spoken and written formats
