E-Commerce Manager - Join a Leading Fashion Company in Marousi

A major player in the fashion industry, located in the bustling commercial area of Marousi, is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow its online presence. With a focus on boosting sales and enhancing the customer experience, the E-Commerce Manager will play a critical role in driving the company’s digital strategy forward. Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee the company’s website, including content coordination, layout design, navigation, and technical improvements to ensure optimal functionality and user accessibility.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media campaigns) to increase website traffic, generate leads, and maximize revenue.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Manage and optimize the online store across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and Opencart to improve the shopping experience and achieve high conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM) to monitor user behavior, identify opportunities, and assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Adjust website content and technical elements according to the latest search engine trends and algorithm changes to achieve high rankings.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about new technologies, tools, and best practices in e-commerce to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
  • Multi-tasking & Deadline Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Shape the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Sales Tracking: Use web analytics and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) to track product sales and trends.
  • SEO Best Practices: Ensure SEO compliance in areas such as stock management, pre-orders, and pricing policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change.
  • Problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and team leadership experience.
  • Fluency in English and advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
