Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily operations of our business in a specific geographic region
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Participate in stores’ visual merchandising ensuring proper visibility of goods
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on region performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders & partners
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in fashion industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners, customers, and stakeholders at all levels
• Availability for travelling
