Colleagues employed on this position shall report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for:

• Operations in the sales area comprising over a dozen stores
• Implementation of the business objectives (budget implementation, cost control) etc.
• Implementation of the existing corporate standards
• Personnel management (recruitment, training, motivating).
• Other related duties as assigned and may be reasonably requested

What to bring:

• At least 2-years’ experience at the Area Manager position in a company holding a retail chain
• Experience at the managerial position in a store is an asset – preferred clothing and general merchandise sector;
• Excellent knowledge of the retail sale specific nature
• HR management and decision-making abilities
• Ability to respond to changes quickly and act efficiently under time pressure
• Good command of English
• B-class driving license and readiness for intense field work Excellent knowledge of English
• Readiness for training, lasting over three months, outside the place of residence
