Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the management of complex, international development projects
• You take ownership of project, milestone, and budget planning and represent the projects in internal committees, approval rounds, and steering committees
• Furthermore, you lead and moderate project meetings, assign work packages, and drive decision-making
• You support the optimization of project management methods and processes in line with department-specific requirements while taking Phoenix Contact corporate processes into account
• You ensure that project objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and quality are achieved

Requirements:

• You have completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• You bring at least three years of professional experience in the technical leadership of projects and (interdisciplinary) teams
• You have solid project management expertise
• In addition, you possess extensive knowledge of development, qualification, and production processes for electronic assemblies for industrial applications
• Good command of English completes your profile

In the case of minor deviations, the requirements may also be met through relevant professional experience or further qualification.
