Job Purpose
We are looking for a result-driven Research And Development Engineer, located at Oinofyta, to join our R&D team and assist in achieving our growth targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the daily operation of the Metallurgy Laboratory (examination and investigation of material quality issues using a microscope/stereoscope, metallographic analysis of materials).
- Responsible for developing methodologies to resolve technical issues in raw materials or technical processes for existing and new products.
- Undertakes the complete design of materials and processes for the development of new products, starting from the final product requirements.
- Participates in the production/quality meetings, being responsible for communicating solutions to any technical issues that may arise, as well as for transferring new processes to supervisors at all production levels.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Metallurgical Engineering / Mining & Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience level: 1–3 years
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of ERP / MS Office
