Resources & Planning Assistant Officer
Qualimetrix S.A. is a third-party Contract Research Organization that provides analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualimetrix S.A. is involved in the development of the Quality part of pharmaceutical products (module 3) as well as in QC activities and QP services.
In the frame of its activities Qualimetrix S.A. is recruiting a Resources and Planning Assistant Officer for laboratory activities, located in the company's premises in Athens, Greece.
Reports to the Department’s Manager
Responsibilities
- Manages the quotation request from suppliers, performs the compilation of purchase orders and order placement for laboratory consumables.
- Holds responsibility for the receipt and timely registration of laboratory consumables in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Software)
- Contributes to the laboratory’s stock monitoring regarding analytical reagents and consumables and handles their management and storage in the company’s warehouse upon their receipt.
- Holds responsibility for the receipt, labelling, grouping, registration and storage of incoming samples.
- Handles the communication with approved subcontractors for outsourcing analyses.
- Contributes in the communication with suppliers regarding the management of instrument qualification.
Work experience requirements
- Εxperience in a GMP-oriented laboratory is preferable.
Education requirements
- Certificate of secondary education or Degree in Medical / Chemical Laboratories Assistance or related field from a Technological Education Institute (T.E.I. or I.E.K.)
- Good knowledge of the English language (CEFR Level B2)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
