A global Real Estate company, that invests mainly in Athens and manages hundreds of apartments and buildings is looking for a real estate/ asset manager to supervise all the activity regarding the assets portfolio and assist in the day-to-day work of the department.

Responsibilities:
•    Showing properties to potential buyers and renters
•    Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses
•    Preparing rental agreements
•    Monitoring current and future asset portfolio
•    Receiving owner’s and tenant’s requests and process them
•    Coordinate asset’s repairs

Requirements:
•    High School diploma or similar
•    Previous working experience in a similar position preferred
•    Strong communication skills in English is required (written and oral)
