Resolute Cepal Capital (“RCC”), a leading investment advisory firm focused on real estate and special situations in Greece, is seeking a high-calibre Investment Associate with hands-on experience in Greek real estate transactions, valuations/underwriting, and investment analysis to support the team in executing its mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full investment lifecycle across Greek real estate opportunities, from initial screening and underwriting through closing and post-acquisition monitoring.
- Build, maintain detailed DCF, IRR, and scenario-based financial models.
- Support property and portfolio-level valuations, return analysis, and sensitivity testing.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations, PitchBooks, and marketing materials.
- Support capital raising initiatives through financial analysis and presentation materials.
- Monitor asset-level and portfolio-level KPIs, business plan execution, and financial performance.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in Greek Real estate investment / private equity / asset management platforms, Big 4 Transaction Services, Valuations, or Deal Advisory teams.
- Strong academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Accounting required; MSc or CFA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership mentality.
- Excellent analytical abilities, organized thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgment and genuine interest in Greek real estate and special situations investing.
- Fluent in Greek & English with strong written and oral communication skills.
