Responsibilities:

Valuations

• Support the valuation of residential and commercial real estate assets.
• Perform income-based and comparable-based analyses.
• Review and analyse transactional evidence and market data.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports and internal analyses.
• Develop assumptions and clearly document analytical reasoning.

Market & Transactional Analytics

• Collect, clean, and analyse real estate market and transaction data.
• Work with datasets including prices, rents, sizes, dates, and locations.
• Identify trends, ranges, and decision-relevant insights across markets.
• Support the preparation of market analyses, transaction summaries, and analytical materials used by senior decision-makers.
• Present findings clearly through tables, charts, and concise written commentary.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements: 

• Graduate or early-career professional with up to 3 years of experience (including internships).
• Degree or exposure to real estate, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields is an advantage.
• Interest or exposure to real estate markets, valuations, or analytical datasets is a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous or incomplete data and maintaining high data quality.
• Solid Excel skills (data cleaning, basic formulas, summaries, charts).
• Ability to clearly explain assumptions, analysis, and conclusions.
• High attention to detail.
