Our portfolio of luxury and sustainable real estate development projects in Athens and the surrounding areas is growing fast and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
This role is central to the smooth functioning of the company and requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Order office supplies and manage relationships with vendors
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports
- Support onboarding and administrative setup for new employees
- Coordinate with public authorities and external service providers
- Support management with general administrative and operational tasks
- Organize internal meetings and team events as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Teams are essential)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively
- Professional, reliable, and structured approach to work
