Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal consultation and end-to-end support for clients applying for the Greece Golden Visa through real-estate investment.

• Conduct legal due diligence on property transactions, including title checks, liens, zoning compliance, and verification of property documentation.

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, powers of attorney, reservation contracts, and other legal documents related to real-estate investment.

• Guide clients through the Golden Visa application process, including document preparation, residency permit submission, and interaction with Greek authorities.

• Represent clients before notaries, public agencies, and relevant government departments.

• Monitor regulatory changes related to immigration, real-estate law, and investment residency programs, and provide updates to management and clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, client services, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance.

• Maintain accurate legal records and ensure all procedures comply with Greek and EU legal standards.

• Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies for property acquisition and immigration cases.

Job Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Greece, with good standing in the Greek Bar Association.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real-estate law, immigration law, or Golden Visa–related legal services.

• Strong understanding of Greek property law, notarial procedures, and residency-by-investment regulations.

• Experience handling foreign clients and cross-border transactions is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client-service skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• High level of professional ethics and confidentiality.
