Job Responsibilities

Provide legal consultation and end-to-end support for clients applying for the Greece Golden Visa through real-estate investment.

Conduct legal due diligence on property transactions, including title checks, liens, zoning compliance, and verification of property documentation.

Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, powers of attorney, reservation contracts, and other legal documents related to real-estate investment.

Guide clients through the Golden Visa application process, including document preparation, residency permit submission, and interaction with Greek authorities.

Represent clients before notaries, public agencies, and relevant government departments.

Monitor regulatory changes related to immigration, real-estate law, and investment residency programs, and provide updates to management and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, client services, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance.

Maintain accurate legal records and ensure all procedures comply with Greek and EU legal standards.

Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies for property acquisition and immigration cases.
Job Requirements

Licensed attorney in Greece, with good standing in the Greek Bar Association.

Minimum 2 years of experience in real-estate law, immigration law, or Golden Visa–related legal services.

Strong understanding of Greek property law, notarial procedures, and residency-by-investment regulations.

Experience handling foreign clients and cross-border transactions is highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client-service skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

High level of professional ethics and confidentiality.
