- Sell the company’s real estate
- Conduct client consultations, presentations, and property viewings.
- Organize meetings at times convenient for clients (including evenings/weekends when needed).
- Manage CRM: update client data, deal statuses, documentation.
- Prepare commercial offers and full transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with lawyers, notaries, banks, and partner agencies.
- Manage listings on real estate platforms and participate in marketing activities.
- Maintain working materials (renders, brochures, availability charts) on Google Drive.
- Build partnerships with international real estate agencies.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates).
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly based on client needs.
- English or Greek is an advantage.
