Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive knowledge of local real estate market conditions and our property portfolio.
- Accurately communicate property features, investment potential, and legal requirements to clients.
- Achieve sales targets through diligent follow-up with potential clients and effective relationship management.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the purchasing process.
- Address customer inquiries and post-sales matters to ensure sustained client satisfaction.
- Maintain updated client records and property information in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
- Greek local citizen, Strong English skills (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in property sales, real estate business
- Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong willingness to learn local real estate regulations and market dynamics.
- Collaborative team spirit with the ability to work independently.
