Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction progress and update project stakeholders
• Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, architects, and consultants
•  Fluency in English and Greek is a must

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of professional experience in real estate business
• Hands-on experience in project supervision, construction management, or permitting in Greece and good commication skills with investors and collaborators.
• team work with Engineer , sales and other team members in the company
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues
• Professional proficiency in both Greek and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Greek municipal approval and inspection procedures
