Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate showing appointments often involving numerous calls.
• Keep listings updated on status.
• Process new listings (documents, photos, descriptions).
• Record client inquiries and interactions
• Ensure all relevant information is accurately updated in the company’s CRM system.
• Respond or forward inquiries related to property listings by keeping the system up to
date.
• Prepare monthly Availabilities Report of property listings.
• Create and distribute a work-in-progress (WIP) report and provide weekly team updates
regarding RE agent’s schedules and crucial deadlines.
• Maintain distribution lists including customer contact lists, as well as other lists/records
pertinent to the leasing/marketing, property management and finance/accounting
departments.
• Provide administrative support to Property Managers and field personnel, including
preparing letters, memos, spreadsheets, purchase order requests for bids and operating
procedures as needed.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.).
• Update all listed property marketing packages, uploading to all online sites.
• Promote sales through alternative channels.
• Implement Social Media strategy.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polite and professional disposition.
