Key responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing incoming enquiries from clients.
  • Advising clients on residential projects (villas, apartments).
  • Carrying out the full cycle of sales and purchase transactions: meetings with clients, organization of viewings, preparation of analytical reports, negotiations, approval of commercial terms.
  • Work with CRM-system.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with clients.
  • Creation and expansion of network.
  • Inspection tours to facilities.
  • Signing contracts with developers, negotiating commercial terms, maintaining business relations.
  • Participation in Real Estate events (exhibitions, booths, advertising campaigns, conferences).
  • Budgeting.
  • Participating in the development of web-sites, web-links, digital companies, writing articles.

Key requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of CRM content management system.
  • Independence, communication skills, a broad outlook and a desire to develop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop (an advantage).
  • English - C1
