About the Role:
The Auction Hub team, which is an integral part of Resolute Cepal Greece is hiring an Auction Hub Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving the company throughout the onboarding process of acquired assets in the RE sector. In this position, attention to detail, ability to perform in a fast-paced and demanding environment, as well as working independently to meet deadlines and to deliver on time are the key ingredients for the right candidate.
Education:
- University Graduate in Real Estate sector or related fields preferred.
- Excellent command of Greek and English- written and spoken are considered essential.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding procedure support: Assist in the onboarding process in the RE sector (acquisition through auctions). Monitoring the onboarding process from the auction bidding up to the eviction.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain documents and update internal and external systems and files.
- Administrative support: Providing day-to-day administrative support. Working closely with the other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Coordinating internal and external channels (notaries, bailiffs, legal advisors, asset management providers) for the execution of the relevant process.
- Preparing presentations and reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Law Firm/Notary/Bailiff Office professionally oriented towards the real estate sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- At least two (2) years of related work experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
