As we continue to expand our construction capabilities, we are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our project teams and ensure the successful execution of various construction projects.

Position Overview:

As Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to bring ambitious projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from inception to completion.

• Oversee project schedules and ensure that project milestones are achieved in accordance with timelines.

• Manage the procurement of materials and ensure that quality standards are met while staying within budget.

• Supervise site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, addressing any potential issues immediately.

• Collaborate with project planners and engineers to resolve any technical problems during construction.

• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for projects, including reports on budgets, timelines, and progress updates for upper management.

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in construction management, particularly in hospitality or residential projects.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and leading teams effectively.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and project management.

• Familiarity with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
