Property Management Executive (based in Kalamata, Greece – clients in NYC)

We are the Greek branch office of a well-established New York-based Property Management company.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Management Executive to join our team in Kalamata. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within the property management industry while working with a portfolio of high-end clients in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financials for residential/commercial properties (budgets, expenses, revenue tracking).
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks with vendors and on-site staff in NYC.
• Maintain positive tenant relations and respond to inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Assist in lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Monitor and ensure properties are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate daily with NYC-based teams to execute operational and strategic goals.
• Support marketing and leasing initiatives to maintain high occupancy rates.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – daily communication will be with NYC-based clients and partners.
• Strong understanding of financial documents (budgets, income/expense reports, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• High-level problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in property management or real estate is a plus, but not required.

Salary & Growth

• Monthly salary:  €1,860–€2,360 (depending on experience and skills).

• Important: This is an on-site position based in Kalamata, Greece. Remote work is not available. Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Kalamata.
