Job Description:
In this role, you will advocate for your clients (both landlords and tenants) by understanding their preferences, representing them when negotiating and assisting them with every detail of their office/commercial transaction.
Core responsibilities include yearly planning, day to day management of the clients and new business, market presentations, cold-calling, event attendance, ambassadorship of the brand on the local market, helping local marketing efforts, close collaboration with the regional and global offices, communication with leadership.
Essential Job Duties:
· Develop and maintain relationships with various clients and key players on the market
· Represent your clients' best interests during contract negotiations
· Appraise property or properties using local comparisons and prepare market presentations
· Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential client
· Visit and show several sites and explain features of building
· Develop strategies to obtain referrals and build client portfolio
· Work with various members of the group on projects and initiatives as assigned
· Report weekly on activity, needs, and capacity
· Act as a company ambassador in the local business community
· Draft legal documents and contracts
· Tracking revenue allocations
· Providing revenue forecasting to management & finance team
· Tracking & implementing business development pursuits
· May perform other duties as assigned
· Adhere to all set company policies and procedures
Skills, Education and Experience:
· Must be a self-starter who can determine what needs to be done rather than wait for direction
· Analytical and project management skills required
· Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, skills required
· Ability to work across multiple work streams required
· Excellent English & local written and oral communication skills required
· Must be organized, detail and goal oriented
· Willingness to accommodate different time zones required
· Experience appreciated in either in the hospitality industry or architecture firm, but not mandatory
· Driving license for B category
