The Development Associate functions in a supporting role and reports to the Project Development Management. This position will contribute to the successful progression and delivery of the assigned residential development projects by undertaking tasks with defined milestones, from inception through to completion of the purchase, legal, and notary procedures. This position will be responsible for working with other project members from the Sales, Marketing, Design, and Project Management teams, as well as other internal and external teams.

Responsibilities may include:

• Manage assigned work packages through defined development milestones
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for the successful execution of agreed tasks during the feasibility, planning, pre-selling, and delivery process
• Conduct various market research to identify potential product specifications
• Coordinate external consultant teams that are working on the relevant aspects of the development project and engage with support agencies
• Ensure compliance with defined development objectives and milestones and report any critical issues
• Assist with the compilation of business plans and reports against established financial parameters
• Coordinate with the project team on the production of the relevant documentation and secure any necessary approvals to proceed with the development project
• Assist with the production of project development briefs with explicit objectives, roles & responsibilities, program, and deliverables
• Produce concise reporting on a timely basis and create development calendars
• Collaborate with the in-house marketing and sales teams to ensure the agreed strategy is implemented and targets are achieved
• Engage with support agencies
• Promote special events and attend exhibitions in the sector, while preparing prospective materials
• Conducting project planning for projects according to the company’s financial framework

Requirements:

• Experience in project management of high-end residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge and understanding of all stages of buying and selling properties
• Track record of delivering or advising on complex project management and development works;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Flexibility for business trips abroad
• Knowledge of Chinese/Russian will be an asset
