Real Estate Sales Manager

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead  our Athens-based team, someone who shares our passion for redefining luxury living and possesses a deep understanding of the Greek real estate market.

Role Overview:

As our Real Estate Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our sales and acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing and securing luxury properties suitable for fractional ownership, managing listings, conducting property viewings, and facilitating the buying and selling process. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, market knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure high-end properties suitable for fractional ownership, including negotiations and acquisitions.
  • Manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate, appealing, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers and investors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and expert advice.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote properties and drive sales through various channels.
  • Stay informed on market trends, legal changes, and new opportunities within the Greek real estate sector.
  • Facilitate negotiations and transactions, ensuring a smooth process for buyers and sellers.
  • Provide after-sales support, assisting clients with any additional needs or questions.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Salesperson with a strong track record of successful sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek real estate market, particularly in the luxury segment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
  • Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Real estate license or certification in Greece is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
