As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing real estate projects, ensuring they are completed successfully. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
• Manage all aspects of project execution, including:
• Schedule development and management.
• Budget development and management.
• Internal approvals.
• Design and construction document production.
• RFP processes.
• Construction, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), furniture, and move coordination.
• Ensure projects are executed within defined schedules and budgets.
• Oversee planning, design, construction.
• Review proposed plans and construction documents to identify value engineering and cost reduction opportunities.
