We’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in our fast-growing company in the Property Management sector:
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with tenants and technicians, book appointments for maintenance and repair needs.
- Daily communication with owners or owner’s representatives for matters regarding their properties.
- Inspections of the vacant apartments.
- Inspection of rented apartments, following maintenance requests from tenants.
- Register and update maintenance requests on property software, register expenses.
- Follow up on the repairs.
- Checking the invoicing procedure with the relative contractors.
- Matching water and electricity meters.
- Deal with emergencies and inform tenants of the process.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken is a must.
- Motorbike Driving licence is essential.
- Excellent computer knowledge/MS office and software management.
- Ability to take initiatives in case of emergency.
- Ability to write professional correspondence.
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
