Property Manager - Athens

Job description:

A property management company in Athens specializing in residential and tourism real estate is looking for a property manager. The job includes full management of the company's assets, both in rentals and sales. The position requires managing a team of employees and operating a variety of service providers.

 

Main tasks:

- Team Management

- Reports to management

- Monthly reports for the company's clients

- Working with the company's clients in signing management agreements

- Working with tenants in signing rental agreements

- Management of sales agreements for apartments

- Management, control, and monitoring of income and expenses

- Work with the company's legal team

- Working with the company's engineer's office

- Management of various bureaucratic processes

- Working with a variety of different suppliers in Greece

- Marketing the properties

 

Requirements:

- Full time Monday-Friday

- Experience in asset management - advantage

- Management experience - advantage

- Physical work from the office in Athens

- Availability to start immediately

- Order and organization at a high level

- Human relations and high communication skills

- Ability to work in the CRM system for management

- High level English (speaking/writing/understanding) - mandatory

- Mastery of Office applications (PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) - mandatory
