Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead/Manager
We are a well-established and highly regarded service provider to the pharmaceutical industry, operating in a regulated, quality-critical environment. Quality is a key element of our operations and plays an essential role in ensuring compliance, reliability, and high-quality service delivery to our clients.
As we continue to expand our activities and strengthen our internal processes, we are looking for a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead/Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our Quality Management System.

The Role
The QMS Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the organisation’s Quality Management System, ensuring that quality processes are well-implemented, practical, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
The role involves close collaboration with different functions across the organisation in order to support a strong and consistent quality culture.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and further develop the company’s Quality Management System
Ensure the effective implementation of quality procedures across the organisation
Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Support internal and external audits and contribute to inspection readiness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of quality processes
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening operational quality
Support the organisation in maintaining a structured and effective quality framework
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a quality professional with solid experience in Quality Management Systems within regulated or structured environments.
The ideal candidate will have:
4–7 years of experience in Quality Management Systems or Quality Assurance roles
Experience working within one or more of the following environments:
- Pharmaceutical GxP environments
• ISO 13485 regulated environments
• Aviation Quality Management Systems
• ISO 9001 systems in structured organisations
Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and their practical implementation
Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections
A structured and pragmatic approach to quality management
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work across different teams and functions
