ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a multinational company founded in 1886 that develops medical devices, pharmaceutical products, and consumer goods, is seeking a Supplier Quality Management professional for the EMEA region.
📌 Location: Greece
🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:00 CET (some flexibility possible)
📍 Working Model: Remote
🖋️You will be reporting to: Manager CQ, Supplier Quality Management, EMEA
📄 Contract: 9-month contract with potential of renewal
What you will do:
Ensure the quality, compliance, and effective management of Suppliers and Distributors supporting GxP activities for Innovative Medicines. Drive continuous improvement of processes, implement Quality Management procedures, and provide oversight of compliance. Lead or contribute to Supplier Quality Management projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams across LOC, ESO, and Global CQ. This is a fully remote role reporting within the Commercial Quality Organization.
More specifically:
- Participate in Quality initiatives to develop and deploy standardized systems and processes that meet regional and local needs and enhance capabilities
- Drive regional Quality initiatives and provide subject matter expertise
- Support the Supplier Quality Strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders, acting as a key business partner for Supplier/Distributor Quality Management processes
- Provide subject matter expertise to LOCs and promote a quality-driven culture with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and execute Supplier/Distributor Quality Management procedures and processes for Innovative Medicines LOCs and the Regional/Global organization
- Oversee Quality Assurance and Compliance of Suppliers/Distributors, including selection, qualification, monitoring, and disengagement
- Negotiate Quality Agreements with Suppliers/Distributors and ensure implementation of agreed terms
- Monitor performance dashboards, identify risks proactively, take corrective actions, and escalate issues to management as needed
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, preferably in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Project Management, or Manufacturing
- Languages: English required
- Broad technical knowledge across Quality Systems and business processes
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving skills and focus on deliverables
- Strong understanding of preventive actions and risk mitigation
