As we continue to expand geographically and broaden our service portfolio, we are looking to strengthen our organisation with an experienced QMS Expert / Manager who will take full ownership of our Quality Management System.

The Role

The QMS Expert / Manager is the owner of the Quality Management System and is responsible for its operation and effectiveness across the organisation. The role ensures that the QMS is coherent, meaningful, enforced, and continuously improved, supporting regulatory compliance while genuinely enhancing the quality of services delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System

• Ensure integration and coherence of quality processes across all organisational functions

• Act as the primary reference point for all quality-related matters

• Drive a strong quality culture, beyond formal compliance

• Plan, implement, maintain and continually improve a state  of inspection readiness, ensuring preparedness for both announced and unannounced audits without disrupting daily operations

• Support and lead audits and inspections.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and system effectiveness

What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced quality professional who brings both technical depth and organisational authority, and who views the Quality Management System as a core governance and performance tool, not merely a compliance framework.

The ideal candidate will have :

• At least 3 years of experience as:

  • QMS Leader/Owner / Manager, or

  • Quality Auditor
    within one or more of the following environments:

  • Pharmaceutical GxP or ISO 13485

  • Aviation Quality Management Systems

  • ISO 9001 systems in complex, multi-layered organisations

• A deep understanding of Quality Management Systems, including their intent, structure, interconnections, and their cultural and opeartional impact on organisations, services and products.

• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and influence change horizontally and vertically

• A practical, outcome-driven approach to quality — focused on real performance and risk control, not paperwork

• Strong experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality requirements through structured processes, effective negotiation, and when needed, firm enforcement

• A strong appreciation of the organization-wide role of an integrated QMS, as opposed to fragmented or localised quality practices.

• Demonstrated confidence in organising, leading and  presenting  the QMS during:

  • Client audit teams

  • Audits by clients’ contractual partners

  • Inspections by national and EU regulatory authorities

This role requires sound judgement, professional backbone and a strong sense of ownership.
