Are you ready to discover the role of a Junior QA Consultant in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Junior QA Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile QA teams working within large-scale transformation projects that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. You will be involved in testing, quality assurance, process validation, and supporting CRM/CX implementations for primarily private sector organizations.

As a QA Consultant based in Athens, you will work on international projects for Netcompany, contributing to Denmark's most complex IT solutions. Your daily responsibilities will involve test case design, executing automated and manual tests, defect reporting, and collaboration with developers and business users.

You will support sub-projects, participate in daily stand-ups, and report status to customers or project managers. Team collaboration will be essential, as you will assist team members with testing tasks and ensure adherence to QA standards. A project manager will guide you, enhancing your quality assurance, process management, and IT delivery skills.

You'll join a high-performing international team, valuing professionalism and collaboration. Our projects include significant IT initiatives for Denmark's state, municipalities, and business community.

As a QA Consultant you will:

• Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects, from requirements analysis to test planning, execution, UAT support, and user training
• Develop and maintain code, automated test scripts, and produce technical documentatio
• Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated QA solutions
• Create long-term relationships with clients
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve quality or process issues in business applications
• Identify business development opportunities within QA and testing
• Act as a quality-focused advisor to the clients

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Communication and IT, Business Administration and Information Systems, Digital Design and Interactive Technologies, or a related discipline
• We are looking for candidates with a “softer” IT background, who have some technical insight, as they perform very well in the role
• Positive if they have experience with Python, SQL, or other technical skills (not a “must”)
• Able to oversee complex system landscapes and see through complex error scenarios
• Systematic and detail-oriented in analysis, design, development, and testing phases
• Logical and analytical thinker, able to break down and understand complex concepts, and communicate problems and deficiencies clearly and distinctly
• Thrives with a methodical and structured approach to tasks
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
• Availability to travel when needed
