Job Description
Our fully inhouse Testing team consists of 240+ professionals and is a Gold ISTQB partner. This is a team led by Test Managers, that serves the entire Netcompany SEE & EUI organization, bringing value and benefit in all the technologies we use and offer. Our Testing team is engaged with a vast portfolio of services, technologies, solutions and methodologies.
As a Junior Tester (following either the path of the Test Analyst or the Test Engineer), you will be part of our Academy Program, and have the opportunity to be trained from our experienced internal instructors, not only in Testing fundamentals but also in our in-house built software products.
Our blended approach in learning combines classroom trainings, online modules, job shadowing & mentoring, while you will receive continuous feedback on your progress.

As a Junior Test Analyst, you will:
- Understand and interpret the business logic underlying the system under test.
- Gain familiarity with the system architecture to support effective testing.
- Analyze, review, and execute test cases as part of the system's verification and validation processes.
- Record, track, and monitor defects identified during testing phases.
- Analyze test results for troubleshooting, qualitative assessments, and quantitative validation.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise test results reports.
As a Junior Test Engineer, you will:
- Analyze test cases suitable for automation and select appropriate test automation methodologies and technologies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks.
- Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations of various tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
- Automate tests across diverse types, including functional, performance, usability, compatibility, cross-browser, and component testing.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant disciplines
- Interest in Software Testing including and in writing Test scripts for Functional, Regression and Performance tests
- Familiarity with at least one of: Java, Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter
- Ability to collaborate with team members to understand requirements and propose solutions
- Excellent command of the English language (written & oral)
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Knowledge in WebServices (SOAP & RESTful), Cucumber, Serenity, TestNG, JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured API and Jira, Jira XRay, Javascript, Typescript, Microservice Architectures, Kafka, Arquillian and Spring Boot are considered a plus
- Experience in .Net, Groovy, SQL, XML
