Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 quality standards
• Perform Quality Control through sampling inspections across all products and services to ensure compliance with specifications
• Manage customer claims, ensuring timely resolution and reporting to management
• Conduct incoming raw material inspections and issue non-conformance reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and prepare claim status reports for senior management
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar quality management role
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluent in Greek & English
• Prior experience in a European Industrial company will be highly appreciated
