Medwork, Greece’s leading provider of pharmacovigilance services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance Professional to strengthen its Quality Department.

About the Role

This role spans responsibilities across GxP areas, with a particular focus on GVP and certain aspects of GDP, as well as quality assurance input into IT operations. As a member of our QA team, you will:

• Further develop and enhance our well-established quality system, raising it to the highest industry standards.
• Support and foster our mature culture of quality.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Undertake quality assurance responsibilities on behalf of client pharmaceutical companies, assuming specific roles as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to all quality assurance activities.
• Ensure the QMS operates effectively in line with organisational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements, while promoting continuous improvement.
• Draft, review and update procedural documents within the QMS.
• Manage quality processes, including document control, non-conformity handling, vendor qualification and oversight.
• Plan, conduct and oversee internal, vendor and client audits.
• Coordinate change control and risk management activities.
• Provide QA support for IT operations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification.
• Deliver training and consultancy on quality-related matters.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with a genuine commitment to quality, a collaborative attitude, and a solid grounding in Quality Management. Applicants should demonstrate:

• Either: three years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, with expertise in GVP or GCP (experience in GMP/GDP will also be considered),
• Or: two years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance or Clinical Development, together with a further two years in a dedicated Quality Assurance role.

Additional requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong IT skills.
