Quality Systems Specialist (5692/QSS/ESS/GR)
Profile: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Systems Specialist to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System within our clients' heavy industrial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO, internal standards, and industry regulations.
- Support document control activities including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving of quality documents and SOPs.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements, industry and legal standards.
- Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving processes for quality-related issues on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering) to ensure quality system alignment.
Requirements:
- BSc in Engineering - Mechanical, Production Management, Chemical or Environmental (AEI or TEI)
- Recent graduates (Bachelor or Master holders) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a production-related role is a competitive advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in fast -paced, hands -on industrial environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on industrial environment.
