Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring and supporting the organization of an internal system of principles, criteria, and regulations during production at Rentis Factory, reporting to the Quality & Innovation Manager.

Main Accountabilities:

• Oversee complaints KPIs (consumer complaints retail, Food Solution, and Careline).
• Track all E incident KPIs (gather data for Raw & Pack material faults) and investigate the Root Cause.
• Supervise RIR KPIs (Pallet non-Conformity reports). Fulfil Quality One reports and investigate the Root Cause.
• Keep the Quality KPI scorecard updated.
• Document all Manufacturing Incidents, fulfil Quality One reports, and investigate the Root Cause.
• Collaborate with external Pest Control contractor to ensure the process is successful and report the results monthly.
• Manage MSDS library (online and offline).
• Report IVP AERA platform for Quality defects costs.
• Administer all aspects of QMS.
• Facilitate and contact related audits during production.
• Participate in Quality & SHE audits.
• Compile and review Safety and Environmental KPIs (monthly/annually).
• Implement safety internal audit plan (SBO and DCA) and follow up with relative actions.
• Maintain MSDS library (online and offline).

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Food Technology or Chemistry.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO 9001 & FSSC.
• IT skills (Office). SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken).
