Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified Quality Assurance Specialist for Marketing and Quality Control Department:
What you will need to do:
- Interpretation and analysis of standards' requirements
- Design, organization and continuous update of the documentation foreseen by applicable standards and procedures
- Design of forms and other documentation with regards to the implementation of standard requirements within the company and other company's requirements
- Monitoring, update and analysis of the legal and regulatory requirements applied to the provided services by the company within the framework of the implementing standards' requirements
- Study and analysis of External Audit Reports
- Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and the achievement of objectives set with regards to the provided services by the company, within the framework of the implementing standards' requirements
- Compilation of processes, procedures, guidelines and work instructions for the improvement of services provision
- Maintain operational information for company's departments
- Participation in meetings and compilation of meeting minutes
- Registrations of nonconformities and monitoring the respective corrective actions. Compilation of relevant reporting
- Registration, monitoring and reporting of clients and other interested parties' complaints and of the implementation of their respective corrective actions
- Report on customer satisfaction based on the complaints received
- Registration, monitoring and reporting of damage cases and the implementation of their respective corrective actions
- Registration and update of data related to quality, environmental and energy matters, making calculations, results analysis and reporting
- Conduct ISO 9001, 14001 & 50001 Internal Audits and compile respective reports
- Conduct other inspections and monitoring contractors' performance
What skills you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree. Specialty in environmental or energy sciences is preferable.
- Master's degree in Quality Management will be considered as an extra asset
- Certificate of Proficiency in English
- ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 or ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 50001:2018 or ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 50001:2018 Internal Auditor certificates. Any additional ISO management systems Internal Auditor certificate will also be taken into account.
- Previous work experience in the same job position of at least three(3) years
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Excellent reporting skills, both verbally and written
- Excellent skills in writing reports and procedures in Greek and English
- High level of organization skills, multitasking, results orientations,
- Team work spirit
