Job Purpose: The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for the On-line Quality Control of products during the production and packaging process.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Inspects the compliance, quality defects and out of specifications semi-finished and final products
- Monitors the On-line Quality Control of products during the packaging process
- Monitors the daily production/packaging processes, procedures, and equipment
- Ensures that all production/packaging specifications are followed, evaluates quality issues, and applies suitable corrective actions.
- Ensures that all production/packaging processes, procedures and personnel adhere to GMP’s guidelines
Requirements
- BSc in Chemistry, Food Technology, or relevant science
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in shifts
- Fluency in English language & Computer literacy
- Organizational skills
- Decision making & troubleshooting skills
- Analytical and critical thinking
