We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Manager for CURITY PHARMA’s manufacturing and cultivation facilities in the Industrial Park of Larissa. The successful candidate will be goal-oriented with attention to detail and quality. Strong project management skills and demonstrable experience in equipment commissioning and validation are prerequisites for the role.

The Technical Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical operations of our medical cannabis production facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Oversight: Manage and optimize all technical aspects of production.
• Commissioning: Manage the installation, commissioning and validation of production equipment. Produce the relevant documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Maintenance: Design, manage and implement a preventative maintenance scheme in cooperation with suppliers. Write maintenance SOPs for production equipment.
• Production Support: Co-author production related SOPs/Manufacturing & Packaging Instructions in cooperation with the Production Manager and Quality Assurance Department.
• Quality Control: Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulations.
• Research and Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to drive innovation, production efficiency, and product improvement.
• Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Training: Manage and lead training programs for equipment operators.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and other regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Experience in the use of engineering software will be an asset.
