INGROUP, is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational high tech company, a dynamic and self-motivated candidate to cover the following position:

Employer Branding Ambassador

(One year fixed-term contract)

Location: Kallithea, Athens-Greece

The role:  This role will focus on helping the Engineering teams of the company’s Connectivity & Audio Group to develop creative ways to increase their profile on campus through partnership/collaboration with various professionals, communities, and student organizations. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, and results oriented individual focused on getting things done. This position will be based in Athens, with a global remit and will cooperate with colleagues and Universities in Greece as well as the Netherlands. 

What you will do:

• Coordination Support (organize and ship materials to campuses, logistical/planning support for intern events, assist with internal communications for campus events, calendar invites and informational emails)
• Manage high volume collaboration and communication with university partners, college interns and the company’s Engineering Managers of the Connectivity & Audio Business Division
• Track talent pool and work with HR and Connectivity & Audio Engineering managers to ensure continuous flow and placement of talent into the Connectivity & Audio organization
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with many different Engineering and Marcom colleagues in various countries across Europe and globally
• Act as a subject matter expert for university relations best practices, strategies, processes, quality benchmarks, and standards for intern recruiting for the Connectivity & Audio Business Division
• Establish metrics for program success and provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvements
• Conduct ongoing university research to ensure targeted Engineering schools are the best partners for the Connectivity & Audio Group
• Collaborate with the company’s Global Communication Team to bring visibility to the Connectivity & Audio graduate program(s) via Social Media

Required Qualifications:

• BSc in Business Administration or Marketing Communication with enthusiasm for Technology and high affinity for technical matters (a technical degree or higher-level technical qualification would be highly advantageous)
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant position
• We are also welcoming applications from New Graduates; experience in a similar role (e.g. jobs during studies such as event logistics) is a plus.
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory (spoken and written)
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
• Organization and time management skills are critical for this role as you will be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require strong attention to detail, prioritization and focus on results.
