Key Responsibilities
Guest Arrival Management: Handle guests’ arrivals, including pick-up requests, luggage assistance, and transportation to the hotel.
Flight Coordination: Be present at scheduled flight landings to assist incoming guests with baggage clearance and guide them to transport facilities.
VIP & VVIP Service: Ensure VIP and VVIP guests are welcomed professionally, with seamless transportation arrangements.
Guest Assistance & Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and assist guests with car transfers or official car rentals when needed.
Airport Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with airport personnel, including airline employees, immigration, and customs officers, to facilitate smooth guest services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in guest services, front office, or airport operations, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and guest-focused demeanor with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of airport procedures, airline protocols, and transfer logistics.
