Key Responsibilities
Guest Assistance & Hospitality: Welcome guests warmly, provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and address inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly.
Lobby Management: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the lobby; manage guest flow and seating arrangements during peak periods.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with front desk, deluxe concierge, and groom coordinator desk to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and VIP guest arrivals/departures.
VIP Support: Assist in coordinating special arrangements for VIP guests, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a relevant position preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management / Tourism.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).
- Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills.
