ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a company specializing in auditing hotel client satisfaction, is seeking a team member for a part-time role in the hospitality sector.

📌 Location: Rethymno, Crete
🗓️ Working Days & Hours: 8 days/month | Part-time | 5h/day
📆 Duration: Until October

What you will do:

• Approach hotel guests in a polite and professional manner
• Collect feedback regarding their stay and overall hotel experience
• Use a tablet device to record guest responses accurately
• Ensure smooth and positive interaction during the feedback process
• Collaborate with hotel staff if needed to facilitate guest engagement
• Follow specific guidelines and scripts provided by the company

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. hospitality, customer interaction, surveys, or fieldwork)
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Comfortable in using tablets or mobile devices for data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, friendly, and professional attitude
