• Prepare high-quality baked goods including artisan breads, doughs, viennoiserie, and other bakery products based on authentic French recipes
• Ensure consistency and excellence in product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of equipment, tools, and workspace
• Follow all food hygiene and safety standards
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Degree or diploma in Bakery / Pastry Arts (public or private institution)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment

• Strong knowledge of dough preparation and raw material handling

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

• Experience in operating and maintaining bakery equipment

• Good communication skills in Greek and English (French is a plus)

• Valid documents required for food service employment (health certificate & clean criminal record)
