FMCG company in Fthiotida Region is looking for a Quality Team Leader, in order to be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and training programs.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Quality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a quality leadership role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
