Production Support Officer
The role reports to Production Manager, and will be based in Gastouni, Ilia.

The Production Support Officer will support in production operations by managing the creation and completion of production orders, overseeing materials requirements planning, maintaining accurate records, conducting physical stock counts, and placing orders within the ERP system.
What You Will Enjoy Doing:
- Generate production orders in the ERP system (SAP) in accordance with the production schedule
- Enter produced quantities and materials consumed into the ERP system upon the completion of production orders
- Conduct physical stock takes of materials, including packing materials, additives, and semi-finished goods, and report on waste
- Perform necessary monthly inventories and prepare mass balances, ensuring timely reporting into the system
- Plan, communicate, and monitor raw material requirements based on production demand, managing materials requirements planning for packing materials and additives
- Create purchase orders for spare parts, consumables, additives, and other materials within the ERP system
- Collect and maintain records of recycled materials and fuels
- Gather and document records of incoming tomatoes during the tomato season
- Record Chep pallet movements in the ERP system and coordinate with Chep accordingly
- Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize materials stock levels
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Εconomics, Computer Science, or a related field (TEI or AEI)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS- Office environment
- 2 years of relevant experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- SAP is considered an asset
- Strong critical thinking abilities for evaluating alternative solutions
- Coordination skills for managing priorities and actions
- Time management capabilities
- Effective communication for team collaboration
- Being able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Commercial orientation in problem-solving
- Ability to adapt to change, creating an environment where transformation is embraced
