FMCG company in Fthiotida Region is looking for a Quality Team Leader, in order to be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to achieve departmental objectives.

· Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety standards.

· Develop and implement quality control procedures and training programs.

· Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and process improvements.

· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in food science, Quality Management, or related field.

· Proven experience in a quality leadership role within the food industry.

· Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
