We are now recruiting for a Production Operations Coordinator.
The Production Operations Coordinator supervises the smooth daily operation of cleaning activities, and packaging material management at the Mandra facility. The position includes staff coordination and inventory monitoring to maintain a continuous and efficient production flow.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage attendance, work allocation, and supervision of the cleaning team and forklift operator.
- Coordinate material management processes (crushing, cleaning, sorting, and supply to production lines).
- Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance of internal and external facility areas.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely placement on production lines according to production needs.
- Coordinate by-product collection and maintain communication with partners.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning and packaging materials and plan replenishment orders.
Performance Indicators:
- Timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Accuracy in inventory control and reporting.
- Compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in materials coordination, production support, or cleaning operations within an industrial or food processing environment.
- Proven supervisory experience, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations in production facilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and basic ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership skills and team spirit.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication with internal departments and external partners.
- Knowledge of cleaning, production, and logistics processes.
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability
