PharmaPath, a Greek pharmaceutical company with a rich history and significant legacy in the pharmaceutical field of generic medicines, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Manager to join our dynamic team. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee the full production lifecycle to ensure pharmaceutical quality standards are consistently met
• Develop and manage efficient production schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Monitor key production KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements (GMP, EHS, etc.)
• Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain logistics to maintain seamless production
• Conduct performance evaluations and support the ongoing training of production staff
• Serve as the link between the production team and senior management, providing regular updates and performance reports
• Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational impact
• Drive initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence in alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in pharma
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams
