ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of Olympic Brewery, leader in the Food and Beverage Industry, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Packaging Supervisor, based in Sindos Thessaloniki.

Packaging Supervisor (Ref. 5533/PS/ESS/GR)

Profile:
The position reports to the Packaging Manager and will be responsible for providing effective management and supervision to the Packaging operation to support company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Packaging operations to ensure high quality and effective production.
Take all the necessary actions to continuously improve performance.
Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, hygiene and legal requirements.
Confirm standardised problem-solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day problems.
Develop direct reports to ensure thorough understanding of packaging technology and effective process control.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering (Polytechnical University or Technological Educational Institute graduate). Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in the production sector, preferably in Food & Beverage Industry at supervisory level
Lean experience will be considered as an asset.
Fluency in Greek & Proficient in English
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Structured personality, distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
