Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Exports & Demand Planning Officer to join our Supply Chain Function.

Responsibilities include:

• Collect and Develop effective forecast models on rolling weekly and monthly basis, based on exports destinations demand patterns
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory demand to planning team, additionally propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
• Monitor and report on important changes in exports forecasts, exports demand, production fulfillment and orders delivery plans
• Address all exports-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and review exports demand and exporting orders delivery plan and highlight adjustments when necessary 
• Be accountable on monitoring end-to-end exporting procedures and make all necessary arrangements for delivering a reliable and on time delivery plan
• Generate and Handle product purchase orders in accordance with the export countries demand
• Monitor/review ordering, product stock levels, Safeguard communication with internal (planning, warehouse, accounting, tax officer) and external stakeholders (customs house officers, carriers, transporters), ensuring exports orders delivery plan & execution
• Follow up in order dispatch, documents collection, delivery plan and transportation patterns
• Be responsible on the monitoring of exporting reports
• Prepare and present exporting overall performance on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, SC Management or other equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of working experience within the EXPORTS/CUSTOMER SERVICE/TRANSPORTATION area in a fast-paced commercial exporting company
• Exposure to export environment will be considered as an asset
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office package (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proven working experience with an ERP system (supply chain modules) will be considered as an asset
• SAP knowledge of supply chain modules will be highly appreciated
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills (Greek and English)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, meticulous, and accuracy focused 
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Results oriented, team player and able to work under pressure.
